It is important to us that we can help you well and that you are satisfied with our care. If things go well because of a heartfelt compliment or a good tip, but also if, despite our good intentions and efforts, you feel that we have approached or treated you carelessly or incorrectly. We would like to hear about it and invite you to discuss it with us and clarify the problem. This usually solves a lot already. If together we do not reach a solution satisfactory to you, you can submit a written complaint to the DOKh’s independent complaints committee (www.dokh.nl). There is no charge to you for the complaints procedure.
